The Spa du Montcel Sothys is open every day from 09.00 to 20.00 on a priority basis and by reservation for our customers staying at l'hotel. Sauna, Hammam, Snowcave and Sensory Shower services are available from 09:00 to 20:00 during the day. a maximum access time of 1.5 hours per day or per overnight stayMassages and treatments are available from 10am to 8pm.
Spa, Fitness & Pool
Listen to yourself... Your body needs to relax and your mind is crying out for a return to calm. Step through the doors of the Spa du Montcel Sothys and disconnect for an hour, half a day or a whole day. Treatments, sauna, steam room, snowcave, sensory shower or wellness trail, pake the most of your stay and relax. Your next spa weekend is just around the corner.
Our wellness area is offered to guests staying at the hotel and open to external customers at 35 euros for a maximum access time of 1.5 hours per person per day or overnight stay. Reservations are recommended to guarantee access to our wellness area and Sothys treatments.

Our fitness room will be open to hotel guests 24 hours a day, and by reservation for external guests from 09:00 to 20:00. The management reserves the right to restrict access at any time in the event of overcrowding.
Swimming pools
The decor is elegant and plant-based. Its reference to the history of the Web of Jouy mosaic wall features a waterfall that plunges straight into the indoor sensory pool. Offering a a health trail with water jets, this concept offers a real draining and relaxing effect thanks to a myriad of enveloping bubbles. The pool is extended by a majestic 15-metre outdoor swimming pool, which is open all year round and has an ideal temperature.

Indoor pool: 9am to 8pm (all year round)
Outdoor swimming pool: 09:00 to 20:00 (April to September) and 09:00 to 17:00 (October to March).
