The Customer is reminded, in accordance with Article L. 221-5 and pursuant to Article L. 221-28(12) of the Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal generally applicable to distance sales in respect of the provision of accommodation services, the carriage of goods, car hire, catering or leisure activities to be provided on a specific date. The terms and conditions for cancelling or amending a booking are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of sale relating to the accepted rate.
