What are the different room categories at the Dolce Versailles?
The Dolce Versailles offers three categories of rooms: Classic, Superior and Deluxe.
They differ mainly in terms of their size, layout and location within the estate.
The Classic Room is ideal for a couple, whilst the Superior and Deluxe rooms offer more space.
Some Deluxe rooms also offer a stunning view of the park.
How big are the rooms?
Classic rooms range in size from 17 to 22 m², Superior rooms from 23 to 29 m² and Deluxe rooms from 27 to 48 m².
With a range of sizes available, you can choose your accommodation based on the length of your stay, your preferred level of comfort and the amount of space you’d like.
Which room should I choose to enjoy a view of the estate?
To make the most of the setting at the Domaine du Montcel, we recommend booking a Deluxe room.
Depending on its location, it may offer a view of the wooded park or of the 200-year-old cedar tree, one of the estate’s most iconic features.
As availability varies depending on the dates, we recommend that you state your preference when making your booking.
Can we ask for two separate beds in a room?
Yes. Rooms with twin beds may be available on request, depending on the room category chosen and availability at the time of your stay.
This layout is particularly suitable for holidays with friends, business trips or for people who would like to have two separate beds.
It is best to make this request at the time of booking.
Do the rooms have a shower or a bath?
The Classic, Superior and Deluxe rooms are equipped with a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
For guests who would like a bath, certain types of suites may be more suitable.
It is therefore advisable to check the details of each accommodation option before finalising your booking.
How can I make the most of the spa when booking a room?
Guests staying in a room may book a 1½-hour slot at the Spa du Montcel Sothys, subject to a surcharge and availability.
The spa features, amongst other things, a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room and various areas dedicated to relaxation.
It is advisable to book your slot in advance of your stay.
