Our chefs have put together a series of culinary treats to delight your taste buds throughout December.
- The Alpin Restaurant: For one season, our restaurant takes on the feel of a mountain chalet. Come and enjoy our heart-warming mountain specialities (fondues, gourmet raclettes, cold meats) every Saturday.
Themed brunches: Enjoy a Christmas Market brunch on 13 December, a Christmas brunch on 20 December and a New Year’s Day brunch on 1 January.
Christmas dinner: Discover an exceptional five-course menu that showcases the great classics of festive cuisine, featuring the finest ingredients.
- Montcel Grand Banquet (New Year’s Eve dinner): enjoy an exceptional evening from 7.45 pm to 3 am in a chic, baroque setting.
On the programme: A dinner and show featuring Brothers Orchestra (saxophonist, pianist, singer, DJ), ‘Land & Sea’ gourmet menu, a gargantuan dessert buffet, a dance party with a DJ and a cocktail bar.
