Discover the Christmas creation of our Chef César Chavepeyer : the «Inspiration Mont Blanc du Montcel» log.
Immerse yourself in the perfect harmony of a creamy mousse with Madagascar vanilla, a heart of Conference Pear, sublimated by chestnut vermicelli and balanced by a play of textures between almond biscuit and meringue crunchy.
Crowned with glistening marrons glacés and decorated with white chocolate triangles featuring the iconic Toile de Jouy motif, this log is the centrepiece that will light up your festive table.

Every Friday in December, our restaurant is transformed into a veritable mountain bubble. On the menu: a short-lived menu of Alpine specialities for a warm and friendly experience.
Are you a group of more than 8 people? Take advantage of our private outdoor bubble, in partnership with Nicolas Feuillatte. For €250, you can choose between a lounge area with a champagne bar or a Savoyard gourmet table for a unique, convivial experience.
