LOCAL AND SEASONAL PRODUCTS
Our chef and his brigade make a point of honour of the provenance of our products. We favour short circuits and the expertise of French farmers, as well as organic produce.

LES RUCHES DU MONTCEL
As a member of the Ruchers de Jouy association, we offer our customers the opportunity to taste the honey produced by Jouy's bees. Our staff are trained to harvest honey, so that they can work together on a collective project and forge links.

WASTE RECYCLING
We implement waste recycling programmes in all aspects of our business, such as selective sorting on our premises.

At the heart of the Domaine du Montcel, our kitchen garden is the symbol of our commitment to responsible eating. The vegetables harvested from our kitchen garden represent our commitment to healthy, sustainable catering.
ACCOMMODATION
Our general housekeeper and her housekeeping team have developed a responsible approach to hospitality.
We also take to heart proposing environmentally-friendly accommodation. We continue to look for innovative ways to reduce our environmental footprint while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We are honoured to have been awarded our first Michelin Clef. This distinction rewards our hotel for its unique experience and the service provided by our teams, which is always up to scratch.
