IN THE KITCHEN

LOCAL AND SEASONAL PRODUCTS
Our Chef and his brigade make a point of honour of the provenance of our products. We favour short circuits and the expertise of French farmers, as well as organic produce.

AROMATIC VEGETABLE GARDEN
At the heart of the Domaine du Montcel, our kitchen garden is the symbol of our commitment to responsible eating. The plants harvested from our kitchen garden represent our commitment to healthy, sustainable catering.

ANTI-FOOD WASTE
As part of our ongoing commitment to responsible resource management, we are implementing initiatives to reduce food waste.

RESPONSIBLE PURCHASING
We are determined to promote responsible purchasing by favouring local farmers and sustainable products. We ensure that every purchase supports our suppliers in respecting our environment.

LES RUCHES DU MONTCEL
Because protecting biodiversity is important to us, the Montcel beehives were planted on our estate in spring 2025. We can't wait to give our customers the opportunity to taste the first Montcel honey produced by local bees.

RECYCLING WASTE & CIGARETTE BUTTS
As part of our commitment to the environment, we are implementing recycling programmes, from selective sorting on our premises to recycling cigarette butts through our partnership with the Tchaomégot brand, which are then transformed into environmentally-friendly insulating materials.
in our accommodation

ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS
To keep our various departments clean, we use environmentally-friendly products such as ozonated water and bubbleflush, which help us to adopt a more responsible lifestyle.

REDUCING WATER CONSUMPTION
AND LINENS
In order to protect our environment, our teams are taking various steps to reduce their water consumption. Our guests can choose whether or not to reuse their towels, sheets and linens.

ENERGY-SAVING LIGHTING
We attach great importance to the use of energy-saving LED lighting both inside our establishment and outside along the gardens.
