LOCAL AND SEASONAL PRODUCTS
Our Chef and his brigade make a point of honour of the provenance of our products. We favour short circuits and the expertise of French farmers, as well as organic produce.

LES RUCHES DU MONTCEL
Because protecting biodiversity is important to us, the Montcel beehives were planted on our estate in spring 2025. We can't wait to give our customers the opportunity to taste the first Montcel honey produced by local bees.

WASTE RECYCLING
We implement waste recycling programmes in all aspects of our business, such as selective sorting on our premises.

ANTI-FOOD WASTE
As part of our ongoing commitment to responsible resource management, we are implementing initiatives to reduce food waste.

RESPONSIBLE PURCHASING
We are determined to promote responsible purchasing by favouring local farmers and sustainable products. We ensure that every purchase supports our suppliers in respecting our environment.

AROMATIC VEGETABLE GARDEN
At the heart of the Domaine du Montcel, our kitchen garden is the symbol of our commitment to responsible eating. The plants harvested from our kitchen garden represent our commitment to healthy, sustainable catering.
ACCOMMODATION
Our housekeeper and her team have developed a responsible approach to hospitality.
To limit our environmental impact, we are also committed to proposing comfortable accommodation that respects our planet. We continue to look for innovative ways to reduce our ecological footprint while providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS
To keep our various departments clean, we use environmentally-friendly products such as ozonated water and bubbleflush, which help us to adopt a more responsible lifestyle.

REDUCING WATER AND LINEN CONSUMPTION
In order to protect our environment, our teams are taking various steps to reduce their water consumption. Our guests can choose whether or not to reuse their towels, sheets and linens.

ENERGY-SAVING LIGHTING
We attach great importance to the use of energy-saving LED lighting both inside our establishment and outside along the gardens.

Every employee receives training in sustainable practices, including initiatives such as waste management and energy conservation.

WYNDHAM GREEN COMMITTEE

RECYCLING CIGARETTE BUTTS
As part of our commitment to the environment, we have entered into a partnership with the Tchaomégot brand to recycle cigarette butts from our customers and teams. This waste is then transformed into ecological insulation material.
